Q: How to buy book(s) or magazine(s)?

A: First thing you need to do is Login. You can find registration link on the login page if you have not registered yet. After login, click the browse menu. Browse through all the categories listed there. You can look for the book(s) that you want by browsing through the categories (it is better if you know what category your book(s) is listed in), or by searching it using our search form under the left menu. Once you find the book(s) that you want, click on the title and you will find the detail of that book. Type down how many books that you want to buy, and then click ADD TO CART button. Add as many other books as you want. When you're finished, click the CHECK OUT button.

Q: How to know that my order is processed?

A: When you click the CHECK OUT button, your order will directly sent to our customer service, then our customer service will email you regarding the stock availibility, payment method, shipment and other related information.

Q: Can I make online payment for my order?

A: Currently you cannot make online payment. Our customer service will inform you the payment method for your order.

Q: Do I have to register to buy book(s) from Periplus ?

A: Yes, you do. This will only make it easier for you the next time you want to buy books from Periplus because we already have your data and all you need to do is LOGIN.

Q: How to register ?

A: Click on the LOGIN link on the upper right side, and you will find a link to registration form. Fill in all the required fields and then click submit button. Please provide accurate data since we need them to savely deliver the ordered book(s) to you.

Q: What if I have comment(s) or suggestion(s) for Periplus ?

A: Click on the "Contact Us" link in the header/footer, fill in all the required fields in the Contact form and send it through.

Q: I cannot find some books here while i saw it in your store, why?

A: On the website, we only provide our best and newest books. If you need books not available here, you can send us a message using "Contact Us" form.
